The Host Ms. Liza, even stationed abroad, goes out of her way to communicate to make sure that everything is going to be fine. We visited on a weekend so there were long queue of guests at registration at the lobby but, the caretaker, Jopet, is so nice that he even fall in line for us during registration, while we walk our way from the parking lot near the clubhouse to Tower 5 (where the beautiful unit is located). The unit is so nice, the view from the balcony is amazing. The kitchen is not equipped with cooking stove nor cooking utensils, BUT WE WERE NOT THERE TO DO THE COOKING SHOW ANYWAY. Hahahaha! The electric kettle is enough to enjoy coffee at the balcony. Looking forward for our next stay.

Family Haven Serin West Tagaytay - 6 Pax - Taal View - Full Kitchen - FAST Wi-Fi is located in Tagaytay, just 4 miles from Picnic Grove and 6.4 miles from People's Park in the Sky. The place was clean, well maintained and conveniently located near the mall & other tourist spots. The place was comfortable, We saved so much money because there was a kitchen we can cook on. My eldest daughter loved the TV as it had YouTube and Netflix. My Son also had fun at the swimming pool and The caretaker was kind and welcoming.
