Marisol Condo 201 offers accommodations in South Padre Island, a 2-minute walk from South Padre Island Beach and 1.6 miles from Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark. Loved all the rooms had their own bathrooms. The best were comfy and over all a beautiful area. They also give you a pass to feed you and whoever comes along to eat free breakfast at one of the sister hotels. That was pretty cool. Unfortunately I didn’t get photos of the place but it looks just like the photos listed.

JJs Beach Condo offers accommodations in South Padre Island, 1.5 miles from Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark and 3.4 miles from South Padre Island Convention Center. I loved the colors. The couch and other furniture was nice, not run down or torn. I loved the big TV. We loved that the furniture in the living room could be moved so we could play just dance. Having the washer and dryer was great and the condo was very clean. We loved that the kitchen and restrooms were especially was clean. And it's nice to stay in a condo where the bedsheets don't look 20 years old. And having access to the mop and vacuum was great, with little kids you really need to clean almost everyday. It's right next to CVS which was great for emergencies. We had an issue with the Internet and Ms. Suzie took care of it right away, which was amazing since we checked in on Christmas Day. Excellent property management.

2 Bed 2 Bath Condo by Beach with Resort Pool is located in South Padre Island, just 3.8 miles from Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark and a 8-minute walk from Dolphin Research And Sea Life Nature Center. Loved how close it was to the beach and the pool area, we had a blast!

1st Floor 2 Bed 2 Bath Condo w Pool By Beach is located in South Padre Island, just a 4-minute walk from South Padre Island Beach and 1.9 miles from Andy Bowie Park. This was such a nice vacation! From the get go, I was in touch with the property host, RJ, and he was great! He was so helpful and pleasant. During our booking, I noticed I stated our arrival was an hour before their actual check in time. (Which I felt bad because it was holiday weekend, but RJ didn’t mind) A couple hours prior to our arrival, RJ text to let us know that the keypad on the door wasn’t working properly so he had to change it out. He asked me to text or call when we got close, which I did. He timed it right and was there before us, to hand deliver the keys! I was informed by him that they were having to replace one of the couches, due to damage. There was still a normal sized couch, a recliner. I told him it was only us 2, so that’s plenty for us. (The only thing missing was the damaged love seat) He let us know that the shipping was delayed by 2-5 days because of either the holiday or tropical storm brewing, so he apologized and asked how he could make it up to us for not being exactly as expected. I told him bring some extra towels and recommend some restaurants that HE likes, not the touristy crap that is popular with the vacationers! LOL Let me tell you….the local joints are absolutely amazing! The extra towels and washrags were handy too, but let’s be honest, I’m here for the food! LOL The master bedroom was roomy and the bed was very comfortable. Both shower heads had good pressure and the w/d was a God send! Who likes going home knowing they have loads of laundry? This property was centrally located. Half a blk from a convenience store,1 block from a family owned golf cart rental, and at the east end of Gardenia is a beach access and a little cafe, great for breakfast. It’s easy to go to and from this rental because there’s an open crossover, so you can easily access the central roadway, rather than having to go down 2 blks in the opposite direction and make a U-turn to go back to the causeway. We will return, as long as RJ is still hosting!
