Everything in the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The high wooden ceilings give it a special cozy character that makes the place feel both elegant and warm at the same time. Breakfast was nice and varied enough, and since we were the only guests during our stay, it felt very private and relaxing. The only small thing we missed was having mosquito nets on the windows - the air is so fresh that you just want to open them wide! Overall, it’s a lovely, peaceful place to rest and recharge. We wish the hosts continued success and hope to come back one day.

A lot of corners where to seat in house or outside in the garden, read a book and prepare the next leg of our trip. Excellent pizza in town a few minutes away.

Only 10 minute short walk to the centre of Bettola. Ivano was an excellent host. Very knowledgeable of the area and spoke very good English. The food at the property was cooked to perfection by Ivano’s wife and was exceptional. We will definitely return!

I think i may have been of of the first giests, if not the first one. At the beginning i wasnt sure if i was at the right place since there were no signs whatsoever. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10.
