I had booked this as a birthday treat but ended up with a car breakdown, arrived at close to midnight, host waited up for me. Comfortable, also for my dog (lovely bed and dog bowls were waiting for us). Good breakfast. Kindest part of all was that the owner drive me into Ventimiglia in the morning (to change hotels as I ended up stranded in Ventimiglia for several days) because no taxi in Ventimiglia will accept a dog in their car 🤬.
