spanking new property, spotless, beautiful high-tech -- So high tech that I didn't know how the AC worked - it's rigged to only turn on when all the windows and doors are shut. Owner did not speak English well but he used Google Translate and communication was surprisingly easy.

Shout out to one of the best places I have ever stayed at! My husband and I had an amazing time in Ksamil, the Vila is very clean, great location with 3 minutes walking distance. greetings nation. being my last day in Ksamil I thought I would give you a summary for those who want to come, regarding accommodation and expenses. first of all I want to congratulate myself on the accommodation that I got for this vacation. I stayed at the Jeti villa from June 21 to July 1, 2025. Everything was, better than I expected. The owner, a very respectful man, took care of all the conditions. From recommending beaches to cleanliness, where to eat, where to walk, everything. I made the payment at the reception after seeing the apartment, cash, and for the entire period it was 400 euros. I paid directly in euros. I recommend this accommodation unit for its facilities, its positioning because it is quiet and you can rest, but also for its position. 6 minutes walk to paradise beach, , 15-20 minutes to the center. It also has a large kitchen and a garden but I did not use it because I had it in the room. I only used the stove 3 times because I'm an egg fan and I felt the need for them. It looks very good, it's clean, new and I highly recommend it. Have a nice holiday and SPF

Our stay at Serein Villa was magical. The villa offered us the perfect mix of relaxation and luxury stay. The private pool and jacuzzi were the perfect spot to relax,while the back garden felt so peaceful and secluded . The host Ani ensured that every detail of our visit was taken care of ,and his local knowledge was invaluable offering us fantastic recommendations for dinning and activities. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and we highly recommend it.

Garden view was therapeutic! The accommodation was spacious with everything you need, was very clean and nicely laid out. Perfect for a one night stay. Clean and comfortable. Since the room is small, it heated up easily with the AC unit and we were comfortably warm even with a thin blanket. There are two self contained units in the back yard of the home, facing the mountains. The yard has a swing, outside seating and beautiful flowers. Would be a relaxing place to sit if you have the time.

    Remarkable sea view from the terrace of the living room, with Corfu and the small islands. Very clean, well air conditioned cottage. The common areas, as well as the terrace to the living room, are spacious. The bedrooms are comfortable, with plenty of storage options. Excellent location, close to the beach and the main street with shops and restaurants, without being too noisy in high season. Possibility of parking in the yard!!! We had everything we needed.
