We had a truly magical time at this beautiful house ! It’s a such an amazing luxury beach home, great spacious, lovely bedrooms, so clean. The house had everything we needed! It was calm and peaceful, having a coffee with an ocean view every morning was amazing! The host Sofi was super helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. This place its just magical and safe to spend our vacations. Can’t wait to comeback….

Location was perfect! Short walk to the beach and town. The place had exactly what we needed to stay comfortably. Really appreciated having 2 bathrooms and 3 showers. The common space was great - indoors and outdoors. Really liked meeting others from the complex at the pool and getting recommendations. We could hear the monkeys every day...so cool! Daniel was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

NAIA studio was the perfect little oasis. This place has it all, kitchen, sleeping area and living room area plus a small pool all with a stunning ocean view! Staff was the best and very helpful with recommendations and everything you could think of. The place is located up the hill, away from the mire busy main street and since it a up the hill it’s a good idea having a vehicle/ATV.

We had an incredible stay at Zoa Villas! The host was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The property itself was exactly as described—and even better in person! The space was clean and stylish with all the amenities you could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the neighborhood was peaceful, yet close to all the great restaurants, shops and Santa Teresa Beach. I especially appreciated the little touches like the welcome fruit basket and helpful local recommendations. The communication with the host was smooth and quick, and we felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning next time we're in the area. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located spot with an amazing host!
