Exceeded expectations. The hosts are very kind and clearly put a lot of thought into making sure the guests have everything they need. The kitchen had a little bit of everything I needed and some thoughtful additions. The view is so calming. The village is small and charming, but with lovely dining options and a market. It felt like a more authentic experience than I might have gotten in Larnaca, Limassol or Paphos, but it was a reasonable drive to anything - beaches, other towns, mountains. I truly hope to return.

Theofolis’ place is truly exceptional. The villa is brand new, beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and impeccably clean. Every detail reflects comfort and style. The heated pool is a fantastic bonus, and the hot tub and sauna add a luxurious, relaxing touch. The location is perfect—situated on the east side of Limassol, just 40 minutes from Larnaca Airport, 10 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes to downtown, and 20 minutes to the City of Dreams Resort & Casino. What truly sets this place apart is the host. Hospitality runs in his veins—he goes above and beyond to ensure every need is met and every request is handled with care and genuine warmth. Highly recommended—I can’t wait to come back!

    The house is traditional, with wooden furniture and wooden floors, excellent! It's unique, the atmosphere is amazing! As we were alone there, we relaxed in the cosy yard (especially our dog enjoyed it!) in the mornings & evenings.

    We had a great vacation in Cyprus. Kalavasos is quiet and idyllic village. Accommodation with traditional architecture. All destinations max. 1h drive by car (Limassol, Paphos, Aya Napa, etc.). Super kind and helpful family. The accommodation has everything what you need for life. Cafes, grocery store nearby. Family sweets are the best.

    The location was excellent as it was close to the village with tavernas, coffee shop and village store also well located for visiting other parts of the island. Everyone in the village was friendly and welcoming. Our hosts were charming and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. In fact we stayed longer than intended.

    We spent one week in Charalambos Holiday Cottage, located in Kalavasos, and left some heart in there. The place is tranquil and charming, with great host Andreas who grew up in there, knows ways, and is friendly and communicative. Village itself is one of the kind, with rich and ancient history, extremely good restaurant, and it has everything one needs.
