Theofolis’ place is truly exceptional. The villa is brand new, beautifully furnished, fully equipped, and impeccably clean. Every detail reflects comfort and style. The heated pool is a fantastic bonus, and the hot tub and sauna add a luxurious, relaxing touch. The location is perfect—situated on the east side of Limassol, just 40 minutes from Larnaca Airport, 10 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes to downtown, and 20 minutes to the City of Dreams Resort & Casino. What truly sets this place apart is the host. Hospitality runs in his veins—he goes above and beyond to ensure every need is met and every request is handled with care and genuine warmth. Highly recommended—I can’t wait to come back!

We loved the location it was close to all the best restaurants and cafes around. Parking was just right outside of the property. Extremely spacious, we had everything we needed at the property. There was Nespresso machine with few complementary capsules. We liked that a lot!
