Great location on the calmer Westside. Great wifi (we both work online). Offers transportation from the Eastside for much cheaper than you can get elsewhere with all your luggage. More spacious than we expected with AC in the bedroom and very big bathroom. Host is very trustworthy and helpful which I do not expect in Egypt. Actually one of the few people you can really trust. Offered if we want to go anywhere in a tour etc he’d contact his people to get a price, but also told us no pressure at all, do your research or even book online or with someone else. Places in Cairo for example would 100% be pushy and scam you here. We did the hot air balloon ride through him and a Nile sunset ride. Both very fair priced, even at the competitive bottom from prices online. Not exactly sure how it compares to offers on the street, but probably very good too. Plus you go with people you can actually trust without getting scammed. Also did a valley of the kings plus some more westbank things with a driver and guide through the host. Nice driver, guide spoke great English, had great information (we overheard some “guides” in places basically pointing out “hey this is a rock”. You get the idea.) This one was worth every dollar. Would 100% book again if we come back to Luxor.

I had the professor’s paradise to myself! The breakfast on the upper terrace was great. The walk along the Nile into town just great, even at night. I oxen, camels, horses, sheep and goats. I saw children playing and balloons filling the sky. The wonderful staff helped me rent a bike and I rode it to all the sites! I liked the historical sites close to the villa better than the valley of the kings because it was less crowded. I think it would be best to stay for while here.

We loved everything! Walid and his family were so kind and helpful! He's an architect of the Arabic design style, and those elements are everywhere. What a beautiful space! Also, do not miss the opportunity to have dinner and breakfast added to your stay. The family does an amazing dinner cooked with wood fire underground. They allowed me to video the process, which starts hours before dinner. Truly one of the best meals of our trip in Egypt.

Property we originally booked had some breakdown and we were rebooked into another property for same cost. Abdul was a perfect host. Very attentive and responsive to our every need. He gave us fresh guava juice which was delicious. Mahmoud brought us fresh fruit in the evening and organized the sunrise hot air balloon ride for us. Overall our stay was very comfortable!

We had an amazing stay at Sinderella Private Pool Villa in Luxor! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with fresh water, fruits, and a very kind attitude from the owners. Mohamed, the owner's son, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. He organized all our transfers to the temples, a beautiful felucca trip on the Nile, and even a breathtaking hot air balloon ride — all at very good prices. We traveled with our two children, and they absolutely loved the private pool — which is a real must in Luxor, especially with the very hot weather! The villa itself is by far the best accommodation we’ve had during our travels: very clean, comfortable, and close to good restaurants. The location is in a peaceful rural area where local people are very friendly. You can easily take a tuk-tuk to the ferry, which crosses to the east bank (the ferry costs only 20 EGP per person). Around the villa, there are several great restaurants — Thebes Restaurant is especially recommended for tourists! Inside the villa, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Mohamed prepared the best breakfasts for us every day, and if we had early excursions, he made sure we had a packed breakfast box ready. He also helped us buy supplies at local Egyptian prices, which we really appreciated. Thank you so much for everything! We truly hope we can come back one day. Do not hesitate to book this villa — you will love it!

We liked everything! It’s an exceptional villa freshly refurbished and stunning. The views and location are incredible from the roof top. We ordered a delicious and very generous breakfast from the hosts every morning and also had a fantastic dinner. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly and a pleasure to talk too. I can’t recommend this Egyptian gem more highly!

    Beautiful villa at the West Bank of Luxor, close to the private boat. The room is very cozy and comfortable, also has a well-equipment kitchen and a clean private pool. Mr.Saleh is super friendly and very helpful for the informations and travel advices. Mr.Omar is always available and very helpful as well. Highly recommended if you visit Luxor!
