    it’s conveniently close to the Laines, making it easy to explore the vibrant shops and cafes nearby. Additionally, the walk to the pier, promenade, and seafront was incredibly enjoyable. The cottage itself was charming and cozy, with modern amenities that made our stay comfortable.

    The location is superb, and very close to the rail station, it is tucked away along a reasonably well lit passage in a charming run of terraced cottages. The property is really nice, compact with two decent sized double bedrooms and a very well appointed and new bathroom and kitchen-area. We didn't get the chance to use the garden, but it looked (from over the fence) just fine. It has everything you need for a short or longer stay.

    This is a real gem. The owners have gone above and beyond to provide an exceptionally comfortable and charming cottage, and provided everything needed for the guests. The welcome pack of goodies was very thoughtful combining essentials with some tasty treats. The location is excellent, with great views of the sea, countryside walks on the doorstep, yet close to Brighton.
