I had a warm welcome when I arrived, with a designated parking space and coffee and cake during check in. The room was lovely and spacious and the facilities were clean. I enjoyed sitting out in the garden area and found the hotel extremely peaceful. Breakfast was great and good quality, with lots of options. We had a lot of space and a bath. The bed was very comfortable and as I am tall it did not have any form of footer which was great. The breakfast in the attached tearoom was very nice and the staff were helpful. I would recommend the hotel. It's location is next to about 5 pubs and other restaurants. We had a meal at the recommended Thai restaurant which was a 2 minute walk away. It was very good.Guest review byColinYoung couple
