This place makes me regret some of the ratings in the past, that I graded with 10. To be fair compared to that, this would definitely be at least an 11. Really cosy villa with 3 bedrooms, each with bathroom and terrace access. The host went beyond expectations in order to meet all our demands. Thank you very much.

We spent most of our time by the pool, just relaxing and catching up. It was such a calm setting, and having our own private space made it feel really special. The sunbeds and outdoor area at the Iris villa were great – perfect for long, lazy afternoons. It was a very nice and relaxing trip. Everything was good

Travelled as a family here with our 3 month old baby, stayed for 6 nights but wish it was more Spiros couldn’t do enough for us to ensure we had the best holiday. Brand new cot and high chair provided for us. Everything in the villa was brand new and hadn’t been used Pool space was lovely to chill and enough room for everyone in the group to spread out. Welcome hamper with bread and fresh eggs was a lovely touch. Car isn’t required here, the Villa is located about 10 minute walk from Alykanas main strip, which we managed easily with a baby. we had a lot of breakfast and lunch at Danny’s hotel only 7 minute walk away, and the main beach is only 5 minutes down the road from the villa.

This villa is absolutely amazing! We had an incredible week, it is beautiful just like in the photos. The outdoor area and pool are exceptional, we really enjoyed our time there with two young kids. The view of the valley and location are great, it made us feel we are in a secluded area and have full privacy, while the town of Tsizili is just a 5 minute drive, and a lot of other tourist activities are 20-30 minutes away. This place is so peaceful, the designer made a great job of thinking about all the small details that makes this Villa a perfect place to stay in Zakynthos. The owner was very helpful and responsive, every day someone came to clean the yard and pool, and twice during our stay to clean the entire house. We searched a lot for a place to fit our needs and this villa exceeded our expectations for an unforgettable vacation

    The place was wonderfull, the beach with so blue and clear water just some steps from the house, and so peacfull, private..We loved this place a lot! The house is very cozy, comfortable and very well equiped with all the necesarry things.And host was so kind, very friendly and positive meeting with her🤍Thanks a lot for such a paradise place!And thank you for your special presents🫶We will come back here for sure!!!☀️
