Very close to the beach, plenty of space, all the amenities a family of four could need, and the host was kind enough to leave us a bottle of wine and a couple of jigsaw puzzles for the kids as gifts. Highly recommended!

Fish Eye is amazing, newly built 2-bedroom duplex house in Nikiti featuring a large private courtyard and excellent facilities. Away from the noise and crowds yet close to the beach which can be easily accessed on foot or by car. Excellent host, friendly, communicative and always ready to help. Secure, private parking inside the courtyard. Great BBQ facilities. Everything you need for an excellent vacation. Highly recommended!

We stayed at OLYN Villas in May, six of us, and honestly we’d go back in a heartbeat. The location is peaceful and a bit tucked away, which we loved, but you’re still just a short drive from the town if you want restaurants or shops. What really stood out was how well thought-out everything was – the kitchen had all the little things you usually miss in rentals, the lighting outside was cozy in the evenings. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, no worn-down corners or weird DIY fixes. The pool was actually bigger than expected and felt totally private. Having coffee on the terrace in the morning with that sea view ended up being a daily highlight. Communication with the hosts was easy and super friendly. It didn’t feel like your typical vacation rental – more like a temporary home that someone put real care into. We didn’t come with big expectations, but leaving was genuinely hard.
