If I could, I would rate 11/10! One of the best villas that we have ever stayed in Chalkidiki. Every summer me and my family are visiting the area for a few days and Avista Private Resort is definitely one of the best accommodation we had so far. We really loved the privacy as there are no neighboring houses close by and you can really feel the connection with nature. The garden is big and beautiful different kind of flowers all around. The house seems to be eco-friendly with almost every material that has been used during its construction being premium quality. All exterior and interior areas were super clean and every day we had a cleaning lady show up and make sure that everything is OK. The Villa is fully equipped with A/C in every room. Special highlight of our trip was Fava beach which is close by and it is a must visit. We will certainly come back next year!

I recently stayed at the villa and it was a truly wonderful experience. The villa was not only aesthetically pleasing with its tasteful decoration but also offered a fantastic back yard with a pool that was just steps away from the beach. We found ourselves spending most of our time in the back yard, enjoying the serenity it provided. The rooms were spacious and accommodating, providing ample space for everyone in our group. The well-stocked kitchen made it easy for us to prepare our meals, and we appreciated having all the necessary utensils and cookware on hand. One of the highlights of our stay was Maria, who managed the property. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and provided us with excellent recommendations for local eateries and shops. Her insight into the area added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. Additionally, the cleaning service, which came twice during our stay, ensured that everything was kept in impeccable condition. Fresh towels and bed sheets were provided, making our stay even more comfortable. Our experience at this villa was so delightful that we decided to extend our stay for an extra night. I can't wait to return in the future, as it truly felt like a home away from home. If you're looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway, I highly recommend booking this villa.
