Our stay at Ambengan was fabulous. Although the location is a bit far from downtown, it offers a peaceful, quiet, and truly relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is clean, well-designed, and tastefully decorated. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We even decided to extend our stay because we loved it so much.

After a hectic work schedule, my partner and I decided to have a little getaway and chose a place that we would be pampered and taken care of. And The Ridge Bali delivered exactly that! When we arrived, the staff was very welcoming. We stayed in a stunning villa with a pool and were blown away by the quality and attention to detail of the property. Our personal butler Surya was attentive and able to accommodate everything for us during our stay. We took advantage of the complimentary spa treatment in our own villa upon arrival. Our most memorable time was simply chilling on our deck, sipping wines during sunset overlooking the most spectacular jungle view Ubud is famous for, ordered in-house dining and just chatting and hanging out through the night under the stars. If you’re looking for a quality, relaxing time surrounded by the luscious greenery of Ubud and the most hospitable staff, this is the right place for you. I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, our stay was short, so we didn’t have a chance to try out their activities and tours. Hopefully we can explore more on our next visit.

The place was serene and beautiful! My husband and I had the most romantic time! The style of the villa is so beautiful and unique. The breakfast was so delicious and well plated! Try out their floating breakfast as well! The owner Mr. Nick was very helpful in every way! We had issues regarding our luggage being delayed and Mr. Nick even stayed up late at night just to wait for our luggage to arrive. We had a hard time getting a ride back to the airport and he even offered to help us out! This is a must-stay place when you come to Bali!

Overall this is a wonderful stay. It has a big room, bathroom and a kitchen. The property is very clean and well maintained. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped me in renting bike and providing all the information. The best part is the entrance garden and pool. We loved the pool surrounded by flowers and plants.

We Loved staying here. The villa is around three hundred meters from the road. There is a path that wonders down to the villa. Along the way there are restaurants, massage places, small wurangs, Motor bike hire places. It was magical for me. On arrival, with a phone call the host came and picked us up on Motor bikes and took us to the accommodation. There were welcoming drinks on arrival and an introduction to the information book. The staff were friendly an always contactable. We hired a bike to get around, but sometimes we choose to walk the path as it was very pleasant. If you have mobility issues then this may not be the place for you although you can always get a Gojek pick up. Loved the pool as it was very private. Would come back in a heart beat. Excellent property manager, very helpful in organising drivers, providing recommendations and really interesting walking tour to local market. Villa is a calm oasis, outside a very busy Ubud. Easy to get taxi or moto around. Villa Property is rented in its entirety and has 3, one bedroom bungalows with en suites within the compound, all surrounding the pool.
