The ultimate villa for a perfect holiday. The house is home away from home. The host/owner Mr. Joseph is an excellent and extremely friendly host and has taken care of every minute detail a guest might need. The house if fully equipped.A well thought and well planned house. It gives you the feel of a country life style but close to all the necessities. There is a care taker who is at your beck and call. There is a restaurant menu in the house with a large variety of Indian cuisine and also Goan cuisine. Moreover swiggy and zomato also supply at this location. There is a grocery store just a 1 minute walk from the house and has all your personal requirements and more. Carmona beach is just a 5 minutes ride away. My family and I would love to stay here everytime we come to Goa for a holiday.

I recently stayed at Peaceful Guest House and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The place truly lives up to its name—calm, serene, and perfectly maintained. The environment is very relaxing, making it ideal for a peaceful getaway. The villa offers ample space and is equipped with all basic amenities, including fresh towels, soap, hot and cold water, and fully air-conditioned rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. The guest house is one of the best in South Goa, especially for those looking for a budget-friendly yet high-quality option. What truly stood out was the home owner—very helpful, communicative, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The food options (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) were also excellent, with great taste and generous portions. Overall, I absolutely loved the place and would highly recommend Peaceful Guest House to anyone visiting South Goa. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and value for money!

The cottage is well-equipped and has strong wifi, hot water, A/C, and a fabulous veranda. We were very comfortable during our 1-month stay. The gardens are beautiful and full of birdsong, butterflies, and local wildlife. But the best part of our time there was the hospitality of hosts Vinda and Nitin. We were constantly offered fresh coconuts and breakfast treats, local lunch dishes, and afternoon snacks. They loaned us books about Goa, provided SO much insight and info about what to see and do, and even welcomed us into their home for a chat about travel and life. We enjoyed getting to know the village of Borim and using Vinda's recommended driver, Sandip, to go farther afield, exploring the beaches and historic towns of the area. We fell in love with Goa and with the Enchanting Nest and are already planning a return trip ASAP!

We had a great stay at the villas for 3 nights. The staff: Naresh, Numa, Kumari, Pavitra, Tila were very attentive, courteous and polite. They treated us like family and catered to every request we had. Pools were always clean and they would clean it again upon our request. They made great homely food and took great care of us. Our kids had a great time with the adults and the kids at the property alike. We will stay here again and would like to recommend this place to all those visiting South Goa.
