House was big with an upstairs and downstairs area to give some privacy to the two families traveling. Instructions manual was very clear. House has a lovely view of the city and very well located for your vacation needs. There's also comfortable sitting areas to unwind.

    Loved the location. Very close to forest Lagoon and easy enough to find. Few minutes drive to centre of Akureyri. Would recommend to have a car if staying here. Hot tub was easy to use and a lovely addition. The bedroom was very cosy with a beautiful view to wake up to. Right outside the apartment was a nice view of the fjord and the hills surrounding Akureyri. Perfect for a couple stay. I know that Viking Cottages also have a bigger premises for larger groups.
