Beautiful cottage with all the extra little amenities that make the stay feel like a special retreat, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and sauna. Great location, as well, very quiet and peaceful. It was an easy drive from the airport and then we spent time hiking to the hot river, visiting the national park & Kerid crater. Easy access to a grocery store and able to cook a meal easily with the kitchen supplies and spices on hand. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

This is a very cute and well equipped house where you can make meals and sleep well in the comfortable beds. The price is excellent for what you get and one of the best values we had an Iceland. The best part is that it is a horse farm and there's plenty of horses all around. We saw two newborn horses during our stay and my daughter was very excited about that. My daughter did the 2 hour horseback ride and it was definitely the highlight of her trip.

The cottages are beautifully isolated - perfect for Aurora hunting. The hot tub was lovely. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room to sit around the dining table. The owner was helpful on arrival. I just wish we had time to pop up to the hotel to use the bar. Parking right next to the cottage was useful. The nearest supermarket and food hall were at the end of the road so easily accessible (by car). We loved Nupar Cottages and would definitely stay again!

This was AMAZING! I came across Kerbyggð when I planned my itinerary months ago, but opted for a different house in the end. Due to a last minute change in our travel plan we booked an overnight stay at a two bedroom suite here. My biggest (only) regret of this holiday is not staying here longer! From the finishing of the house to the amenities, the hotel worthy beds and sheets, the views and location, nothing can be faulted. The price per night is in the higher end, also for Iceland, but it's really worth it.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom house, for 3 nights at the end of our road trip around Iceland. It’s clean, spacious, has all you may need for a comfortable stay . Convenient location to the grocery store, gas station and a good starting point for traveling to the Golden Circle and Landmannalaugar.

Myri Lodge was a perfect location. Far enough from town to be quiet and dark, but convenient to everything we wanted. Toby and Anna were the perfect hosts. Toby made sure we knew the Aurora was visible. I would definitely stay again.

    Cozy cottage that has a single room that can sleep three and a sofa bed that can sleep 1 person. The bedding was excellent as were the kitchen facilities. The laundry room was a real life saviour and the friendly cat was very welcoming and a good distraction

    Very cosy cabin, the location is great, the space is good and the hot tub is wonderful after a day out in the cold. It’s well located to visit a good number of the golden circle waterfalls. The food hall in the town close by is a great place to get some food.

    The dirrct hotsprings hot tub keeps us coming back for more! The lodge is cosy and so much privacy. Feels like we are in the outback but with the convenience of a supermarket 5 drive away.

    Lovely cabin and facilities. Very clean and cozy, with comfortable beds, and the hot tub was a lovely bonus. The cabins are well spaced out. So you feel very secluded. Just off route 1 & not far from the golden circle and 2 towns close by. Owners were really helpful and responded quickly to our queries. I would definitely stay here again.

    Really nice house in countryside far from city lights, which allow us to see northern lights :-) Cosy and comfortable house very well equipped to cook, nice beds and a super private hot tub ! The owner are really nice and helpful (they helped us with our luggage that was lost from the plane company) We loved our stay !

    The cottage is not far from the city Hveragerdi and it has everything you need. The hot tub was wonderful. Staying in the warm water beneath a starry sky is such an amazing experience. The rooms are lovely decorated and it is very cozy.
