Kristine was a great host and was quick with her communications and was gracious in extending our checkout for 30mins. The cottage was spacious, beautiful, well furnished and clean including the jacuzzi and sauna. Location was perfect - close to supermarket, restaurants and was a great base for 2 night stay to explore the Golden Circle. Wish we had stayed for another day just to enjoy the cottage !

The cozy cottage was well-equipped and clean. We’ve enjoyed the time in the private hot tub with a lovely view of the Icelandic landscape. In the kitchen, sufficient pots, pans and dishes were available to prepare some meals. There is a supermarket close by (3km). The bed was comfortable. Overall, the location is great as a central starting point for various points of interest for tourists across the island. The staff at the hotel could easily be contacted via phone and was very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect stay for us.

Such a cute little home base on the South Coast of Iceland. It was warm and cozy and the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. We even saw the northern lights overhead the night we stayed!

This place is so spacious! It's great for the whole family. The living room is great to spend some time together in the evening after a long day travelling around the Golden Circle. The decor is a bit vintage, but it feels really cosy and totally worth the price. The apartment is well equipped for a shorter or longer stay. The city is quite small and the apartment is quite central, so you can easily access a great Food Hall for example. The host was really nice :)

We loved our stay! The place was perfect with everything we could need. The view was lovely, had Icelandic horses nearby, well supplied kitchen, adjustable beds, a clothes washing machine (1,000 ISK/load), and excellent star gazing. I highly recommend and will be coming back during my next stay in Iceland!
