The flat was very cosy and clean. The style of the furniture and the artwork in the flat were very nice. The host provided everything you could ask for to feel comfortable and ready to go. The location is very central—within walking distance to both the city centre and the beach. Secure parking in a garage was available for a daily fee, which was definitely worth it. The host was very kind and friendly, truly embodying what Southern Italians are known for: warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality.

From beginning to end Tra mare e castello was a very enjoyable experience and I recommend it highly. Host Carlo and his sister warmly greeted me to hand over keys and give clear instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. The place was very clean, the bed comfortable with extra bedding if needed (also a crib for families). There were plenty of towels for my 5-day stay, with lots of toiletries, and the shower was good-sized and the bathroom was also very clean. Having a washing machine was wonderful, and there were lots of places to hang laundry inside and out for quick drying (the child safety bar in front of the hallway radiator was great for drying socks and undershirts). I used the kitchen every day for making breakfast and dinner, and it was well stocked with pans, bowls and tableware. The apartment is just across the street from the Aragonese Castle, minutes from Centro Storico, and groceries, restaurants and coffee shops just a few steps away. Take time if you can to visit (and feed) the many cats on Viale Amerigo Vespucci - they were a highlight of my trip.

Amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly kind – they gave us great tips, invited us for coffee, helped when we had a medical issue, and even welcomed us with snacks and cold water in the fridge, which we really appreciated. Perfect location, right across from the beach. The mattress was fine for one person, but with two it moved a lot, and the bedroom had no window – still, everything else was perfect. Highly recommend!

The communication with the owner was very good. Super easy check in. We had everything we needed and more. The AC was great, the place was really clean. There are multiple grocery stores in walking distance. In Casa dei Greci you can cook your own dinner. Also they have a coffee machine on capsules and we loved our morning espresso.

Enza was a wonderful host. Easy to communicate with. She met us down at the street (saved a parking space for us) and showed us to the room. It was more of a small studio apartment. Very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Easy walking to the highlights and centrally located, which she pointed out. There were a few items in the room and refrigerator for us to have for breakfast. She also brought us a freshly baked, warm, delicious pastry for breakfast. Enza thought of everything to make her guests comfortable and feel at home. While it wasn't a problem for us, It should be noted that to get to the room, you have to be able to walk up a steep flight of stairs. Trani was a delightful surprise stop for us while working our way back to Rome.
