Debora Our host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She left us some breakfast croissants, coffee pods, a bottle of sparkling wine and water in the fridge. The kitchen was very well equipped and even had a variety of spices. There were umbrellas for our use and they came in very handy. Debora checked in with us every day by WhatsApp to make sure we were happy and gave us lots of suggestions if we wanted. Private Parking was only feet from our door. We were 5 minutes walking to the sea wall promenade and another 5 minutes to the walk on ferry dock.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Lake Como rental! The location couldn’t have been better — just a short and pleasant walk from the train station, ferry terminal, Villa Monastero, and Villa Cipressi. Everything we wanted to explore was right at our doorstep. We spent the day strolling through the charming streets, visiting the beautiful lakeside villas and gardens, and enjoying delicious meals at lakefront restaurants. The views were breathtaking everywhere we turned, and the convenience of being able to walk to everything made the experience even more enjoyable. The rental itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home base. Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway or a relaxing day of sightseeing, this place is an ideal choice. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lake Como!

My stay at this hotel was wonderful!🔥🔥🔥 From the very first moment, I felt surrounded by warmth and care — the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, always making sure everything is perfect. Breakfasts were a real highlight: tasty, fresh, and beautifully served with live flowers on the tables🌺, which gave the mornings a very special charm. The whole hotel is filled with greenery, creating a cozy, refreshing atmosphere where you immediately feel relaxed. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone and I look forward to coming back again!

Lake Como is beautiful, but the crowds are not. This peaceful location was far away from the crowds, but gave us quick and easy ferry access to busier towns when we wanted it. We had a lake view from the small apartment and a fully stocked grocery store across the narrow street. There were several restaurants in town, a peaceful walk and swimming spot above the town, and access to a private park and beach that was included with the accommodation. This stay was a highlight of our three weeks travelling through Italy.

    Love the view from the big balcony. Good kitchen facilities. Cosy, homely feel. Quiet area. Good location : 10 mins walk to an excellent Sigma supermarket. 15 mins walk to ferry. 30 mins to Villa Balbianello. C10 bus route - Villa Carlotta & Como (panoramic route). Excellent friendly host.
