A perfect stay. Everything was wonderful—serene rooms with thoughtful touches, a beautiful location, and genuinely delicious food. But the real magic is the host: warm, generous, and truly attentive. Beautiful quiet and calm. Alessandro's place is a gem, close to Todi and nested in a beautiful part. If you’re reading this do not go further and call Alessandro to stay at his place. You can make a bonfire and sit in the couch in front of it to relax.

Very clean and comfortable private apartment. The host sent instructions for check- in and communication was effective. We did have to look a bit closer to locate the door around the corner off the main street in small alley street (was communicated but we just didn’t realize the tiny little street to walk up once we got close to the house number) Air conditioning worked well once we set it properly which also had very good instructions in the apartment. Parking was available where suggested by host.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room was a good size for our family of 3. The breakfast each morning was plenty and traditional Italian. Very good. The location to Todi was close and could see the gorgeous town from the pool. Parking our rental car was easy, lots of parking available. We had fun practicing our Italian the week we stayed. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.
