I stayed at Gyedong Hanok 125 with two friends, and it was the highlight of our trip to Seoul. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of Bukchon, with Gyedong-gil just around the corner and both Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung Palaces within walking distance. It felt amazing to step outside and explore historic alleys, cafés, and local shops so easily. The hanok itself is beautiful—modern amenities inside a traditional setting. After long days of walking, relaxing in the courtyard gave us the perfect mix of calm and culture. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to truly experience Seoul’s history and lifestyle in one place.

I loved the location of the property. It was very close to Ttukseom station and surrounded by really good restaurants that were full of locals every evening (weekdays and weekends!). The property had everything we needed.

Clean, a bit of a climb uphill to house. Our taxi driver dropped us off at entrance of block because he can’t get to front door and we had to look for the house ourself. 3 rooms are plenty of space for our family, but no sofa. Glad to have the washing machine to use daily.

The accommodation was really close to the subway and main area. The place was clean and room with double bed was spacious. The apartment had everything you needed and the elevator was a plus (since we were on the 3rd floor). For the location, price and comfort, this was a great stay.
