We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere from the moment we arrived. It’s the perfect spot if you're looking to unwind in a quiet and peaceful setting. The management was very friendly and helpful, always available if we needed anything and making sure we felt welcome throughout our stay. The villa had all the essentials, including free Wi-Fi and hot water, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a great experience – we truly appreciated the cleanliness, tranquility, and warm hospitality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free getaway!

This villa is really clean and well maintained. The villa is very new with the vintage design and antique ornament inside. Also the design of the bedroom and bathroom give guess very natural feeling. The property have equipped with all the home needed, each room have hot water kettle and mini bar set, totally have 3 bed room with ac. Each toilet also equipped with fresh clean towel and bathing set, soap, shampoo, body lotion. Kitchen also equipped with kitchen utensils, oven, rice cooker, bread toast, juicer etc. The acomodation provided us with 5 star hotel facility. I have stayed in many villa in sri lanka here. But this one is the best villa so far. So if you are looking for villa near this places. Do not hesitate to book this villa.

We recently stayed at Kaiydee Villa and it was everything we could have hoped for – and more. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, immaculate presentation, and thoughtful touches throughout the property. The villa itself is beautifully designed – spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated with a perfect balance of luxury and comfort. The bedrooms were cozy with high-quality linens, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed (and then some). The private pool area were highlight of our trip . The location is ideal – only a short drive to local attractions, shops, and restaurants. We loved exploring the area during the day and retreating to our little oasis in the evenings. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect during our stay. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests' experience. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return visit. Highly recommend Kaiydee Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway!

The property is a piece of heaven or earth. Beautiful scenic and calm. Most relaxed I’ve felt in days. Having a private pool within the property was great after a day of walking and sightseeing we enjoyed coming and relaxing in the pool… and the kids were the happiest. The staff were impeccable with their service. Or every request was considered and fulfilled. It was my husband‘s 40th birthday and we had a small group of seven here to celebrate the birthday. The helped us with an amazing Cake and fireworks. The host has been very responsive over Booking.com and so as Mr.Sampath managing the property. They help you with arranging with local sightseeing in terms of a car if needed. The team shared with us multiple special events that were happening in three city. Very hospitable and amazing crew.

    A lovely young couple who couldn't do enough for us. Beautiful position right on a idyllic peaceful beach. Large bedroom and a welcome hot shower along with a well equipped kitchen. A short walk to supermarket and restaurants. Ideally located for bus and train stations.

    Big pool, Good, u can also self catering as there’s a great kitchen Is not an hotel, as its an house built during colonization is immersed into nature. It takes to set properly as families tend to come 5/6 Days so there’s not a daily change of guests, u can arrive that house has been closed for days. Immediately interested nature means all animals u can figure out. So u need a certain adaptation. 3 rooms. 3 bathrooms also with a shower practically if raining the shower bath is basically opened to roof, interior are interesting.
