Great staff . Really helpfull and friendly. All of them were great and helped in any possible way.

Literally everything. Communication was great and the service, food and comfort were very good indeed. It's a really quiet place too and we slept like logs after Pekoe Trail Stage 4. They were also kind enough to find us a tuk tuk to get back to Pundaluoya for Stage 5.

Enjoyed a lot the stay. Great hotel to enjoy the forest and many of the activities Maha has been very kind and constantly looking after us. Trully recommend the experience

Really nice view surrounded by mountains and st. Clair falls in front. Villas are clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Food is quite nice aswell.

My recent stay at Mount View Bungalow in Hatton was an absolutely delightful experience that truly exceeded expectations. Opting for the three-bedroom apartment proved to be an excellent choice, offering a haven of comfort, cleanliness, and breathtaking scenery. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the sheer spaciousness of the apartment and the evident care taken in its maintenance. The living area was thoughtfully furnished, creating a welcoming atmosphere with comfortable sofas, a TV, and convenient WiFi access that made us feel right at home. Each of the three bedrooms was remarkably spacious, providing ample room to relax. The provision of fresh, clean towels, crisp bedsheets, and cozy blankets ensured a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were equally impressive, being immaculate and very well-maintained, reflecting a high standard of hygiene. For those who prefer to self-cater, the fully equipped kitchen was a fantastic amenity. It included a gas stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, heater jug, and a complete set of necessary utensils, making meal preparation a breeze. However, the true gems of Mount View Bungalow were the balconies attached to every room and the main hall. Stepping onto them revealed truly breathtaking panoramic views of the majestic mountains and lush tea plantations surrounding Hatton. These serene vistas provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and soaking in the natural beauty of Sri Lanka. Practicality was also well-considered, with ample and secure parking available within the gated premises, offering peace of mind for guests with vehicles. Furthermore, the location is incredibly convenient, with Hatton town just a pleasant 10-minute walk away, providing easy access to shops and local amenities. The hospitality we received from the host was exceptional.

Special mention must go to Lakshman, whose attentive service really made our experience special. The entire staff demonstrated professionalism while maintaining a warm, personal approach. The food was delicious and the chef went out of his way to prepare a beautiful cake for us during our stay! For those seeking a tranquil retreat in Nuwara Eliya with impeccable service, Oliphant is an outstanding choice. It's perfect for couples wanting an intimate, peaceful escape with personalized attention.

Everything. The villas were well furnished and done up very aesthetically. I am a big coffee lover and finding a drip coffee machine and coffee powder in the villa was the best part for me. Great views, very comfortable. We were very happy with our stay here. The caretaker Amal was very helpful and friendly.
