The property has very good location, only 10 minutes walk from coconut’s hill and some very good restaurants. the facilities are very good, it has a beautiful garden/jungle. The breakfast that Ruwan has prepared OMG!!! One of the best Dhal Curry you can have around the island. It is very comfortable place to spend your vacation in Mirissa. Our 2 years old loved the place as well! Thanks Ruwan for the great stay!

The breakfast selection was phenomenal! Thankfully we stayed several days so we could experience the Sri Lankan and Continental breakfast options! The service was excellent, precise and always with a smile and pleasant greeting. We enjoyed the views, the dinners, the accommodations- everything exceeded our expectations! Amazing stay. The chef was the most welcoming and accommodating and made our stay very special, he even organized a surprise candlelit birthday dinner for my friend. The Villa is very picturesque. They made us feel like family. Also the best food we’ve had in SriLanka.

Very nice tree house run by a very kind and helpful family. The location is very good and is very close to the beach. Overall it was decently comfortable. But the experience was unique, and very good value.

It was such a relaxing experience. The place has a calm vibe, surrounded by greenery, and the beach is just a short walk away, which was a huge plus. The staff were friendly and quick to help when we asked to change the beds, making things easy for us. If you're looking for a laid-back spot to unwind, this place is worth checking out.

Staying at this villa was nothing short of perfection. The property itself is fantastic— a seamless blend of modern design and natural surroundings. Every room has its tasteful interiors that open directly to the garden and beach views. Best part is the pool, which is super clean and few steps away from the beach. Whether it’s a morning swim with the sound of waves or an evening dip under the stars, the setting is magical. Equally impressive was the service. The staff were attentive from their thoughtful welcome to the amazing food throughout the stay. It’s rare to find service that feels both warm and truly five-star.
