Hidden Gem in Colombo to stay on your arrival to Sri Lanka. It took us 1hr from katunayake airport to this place. And it’s a peaceful area. Beds are comfortable and the master bedroom had A/C. It’s perfect for 2 person though it has 5 bedrooms and the price was much cheaper than most of the colombo hotels or inns.

This place is a little gem - normally I don’t just had out 10s for places but this place was so well thought out. Its a newer building and very clean. Kitchens on all floors, comfortable seating and couches inside and on deck, decently comfy bed (which seems to be rare) for a very good price. Stayed here while diving up beach and was perfect. Staff at area very kind and attentive.

An ideal place if you need to stay in Colombo. I didn't expect the place to be so peaceful and quiet, considering its central location near the main road. I liked everything: - Location; - Stable internet; - Fully equipped kitchen; - Spacious common area; - Balcony in the evenings; - Super helpful modern family. I was really lucky to find such a place and in the end felt like home there.

We loved Colombo Villa. Perfect for arrival (or departure). Derick stayed up late to welcome us. Our room was big for 5 people and very clean etc. We loved the carefully presented fruit etc for breakfast and the pool was excellent (clean ++). Can't say enough good things. Derick also helped with onward travel (lovely driver) and we found it very convenient and safe for moving around on foot, car and tuk tuk. A really perfect start to our holiday.
