We loved our stay here. The team led by Milan were kind friendly and courteous. Our room was extra large and the bed sublime. The pool area was cute and clean and a wonderful place to cool off. The gardens were lovely. We enjoyed being away from the chaos of Negombo town. Breakfast was exceptional. The very noisy air conditioner and ceiling fan were the only minor negatives.

Villa Shade is a hidden gem! The property was beautiful with lovely tropical gardens and comfortable rooms (with a fabulous outdoor bathroom). Shiraj was a lovely host who cares deeply about the property and his guests. They have created a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere and even grow an all organic garden on the property! All of the staff was helpful and hospitable during our stay and accommodated a very early morning checkout time- we wished we had more nights to spend at this hotel.

⸻ Fantastic Stay at Sun Villa – A Perfect Getaway! I had an amazing experience staying at Sun Villa. The property was beautifully maintained, clean, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the private swimming pool — crystal clear, well-kept, and perfect for both relaxing and having fun in the sun. The villa had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a peaceful outdoor area. It was the ideal spot to unwind, with just the right mix of privacy and comfort. The staff was helpful and made sure our stay went smoothly from start to finish. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape with great amenities and a beautiful pool, I highly recommend Sun Villa. I’d definitely love to come back!

I had a great two-night stay at this lovely villa. The property was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed for a relaxing stay. Even though the host, Mr. Lalith, was unable to be there in person due to an emergency work commitment, he stayed in touch with us throughout. He regularly called to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. His care and attention, even from a distance, made us feel well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and well-managed getaway!

We had an amazing stay at Regal Rivera Villa. The staff and especially Nishantha the butler was very welcoming and always made sure we were comfortable. The food was amazing as well as the service. The property is absolutely beautiful and the villa is stunning. I really recommend to stay here.
