Nice remodelled property, rooms were clean, ac worked great, plenty of space. The location is great for walking to the main break as well as restaurants nearby. If you need anything (tuktuk/scooter rental, taxi etc) the owners are very happy to help coordinate. The owners are very kind and happy to include you in their local card/board games! Would recommend 👍

We felt very comfortable! The staff were super nice and friendly. We were warmly welcomed and all questions/requests were immediately helped. The complex is located on a small side street and therefore it is very quiet at night. Nevertheless, it is only a 3 minute walk to the center of Arugam Bay and only 5-10 minutes to the beach (depending on where exactly you want to be in the bay on the beach). The bed with mosquito net was large and very cozy. Also the rest of the room/bathroom was absolutely sufficient and everything (shower, AC etc.) worked well. Thanks for the wonderful time at your place, we would come back:)

Very responsive host and a very comfortable place to relax when not at the beach. It is everything we needed for a month stay. Well equipped kitchen, great hangout area, multiple outdoor water sources to wash off. Perfect beach villa.

The location is wonderful, it felt like a home away from home, there’s only 4 rooms and it’s a very family style athmosphere. All the staff, Faahim, Malik and Subahan were incredibly helpful, and representing Sri Lankan hospitality and kindness at its best. The food is homestyle freshly cooked, and simply delicious. Our kids were obsessed with the house dogs, who accompanied us to the beach for a walk and swim :) we miss this place already and hope to be back soon!
