Pearly and Ranjan are incredibly welcoming and warm-hearted hosts. It was a pleasure to talk to them, and they could tell us a lot about Sri Lankan culture. They also gave us great tips what to visit during our stay (in Matale as well as in Sri Lanka). We had an amazing breakfast with fresh fruits from their garden. The room was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. From their terrace you have a stunning view over Matale and the surrounding mountains. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and we would love to come back.

The view is breathtaking. Staff was very polite and helpful. Raju, the caretaker, cooked sone delicious meals for us. Try hiking to the mini worlds end at the top of hatale for one of the best view points around.
