Pleasant house. Nice location, very comfortable. -Still had old furniture in the house like bed at Master Bedroom and 2nd bedroom but it taken care very well. -All cooking utensils is there, can wash clothes also. You can hang your clothes outside the garage there is stainless steel clothes drying rack there. -At the moment, no water heater at the bathroom but it's ok for us, we don't need it. Both toilet at outside, near kitchen area. -No toilet at Master Bedroom, you can use both toilet near the kitchen. & 1 of the toilet also can do shower. -Aircond is available at Master Bedroom and Living Room, no aircond at room 2&3 but it's ok for us, family of 5.. because the room have extra stand fan which is working very well, you also can open the window if you like for better air-circulation. -There is also extra fan in the main living room and air purifier which you can use, 1 pcs air purifier also available near dine area but we don't sure because we didn't use that one. -No fan at kitchen which is ok for us because we can open all the window to let hot air flow and let outside wind gettin' inside.

The house so big, clean & comfortable. Air-conditionings work well despite hot weather. Easy self checkin. There's an additional charge for early checkin & late checkup. The owner was very attentive and answered every question promptly. The location is also near the highway & near Tambun Waterpark - our family trip main agenda. Overall, its a great stay for us, would definitely book again in future.

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I especially appreciated the quiet surroundings and comfortable bed, which made for a great night’s sleep. The location was perfect—close to local attractions and restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I felt very welcome and at home throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I hope to come back again soon!

    Self check-in is great. The location marked on Google Maps is accurate. The cottage equips with modern home appliances, you can get everything you need. The host family is very friendly and helpful. Within a walk distance, you can easily find local foods. The ancient painting of Ipon is near, too. You can do some birdwatching and see lovely monkeys. Don't forget to bring something to repel mosquitoes. Thanks to the Suleimans for hosting us.

    Cottage is clean and really comfortable to stay. Parking lot bigger and have nice view. Also, cottages include a washing machine to wash your clothes is a bonus. If the room adds air purifiers, even better.
