What a gem of a place! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful setting and thoughtful details throughout the property. The location was ideal—peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to explore. Communication with the host was excellent: fast, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. The space itself is stunning—comfortable, clean, and full of character. We only wish we had booked a longer stay. It was truly a memorable experience and a real treat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The property was absolutely gorgeous! It fit our group of eight comfortably, and we all felt very safe and at home. It was a great central location within Granada and easily accessible by both walking and taxi to get to grocery stores and restaurants. Jose, the host, picked us up in Managua and offered his services to drive us around on day trips out of Granada to places such as Masaya volcano and Ometepe Island which were amazing. He was super flexible with our group and was a great host. An amazing trip and definitely will be returning!

We had 1 dreamy night at casa unica (my mom and I). Would stay one more. The staff - Benja, Martha and Miguel were so so so nice and helpful. We could use a kayak, there's a yoga (or whatever you want) deck with the best view to the laguna, you can see the perfect sunrise from your bed. It is literally a dream... Very good breakfast as well. We loved every second. Laguna beach is 1 minute walk, it's kind of a private piece of beach. You should book your time there!!!

The place is like an art gallery. It is full of nice welcome details, beautiful wall decorations, comfy reading areas, and plenty of room to relax. The staff is superb. Adela helped us checking in, and made sure that we were all good, our pouch included! Definitely recommend.
