When arriving later than expected Julie was very helpful with everything. The house is lovely with big deck, fireplace and heat pump which kept us lovely and warm. The beds were super comfortable. Simple things like coffee, tea and water were available as soon as we got there after a long day of travel. The heater was already on for us when we arrived.
