The heat pump was turned on, so it was lovely and cost warm when we arrived. Appreciated the coffee machine. Warm, comfortable, information available about local places of interest. Close to town, so short trip to get petrol and food essentials. Would recommend

We loved our stay at Pihanga Vista Cottage while we visited Tongariro National park! I wish we could have stayed in accomodations like this for our entire month-long visit to New Zealand. The cottage was so cute, a great location, clean and quiet, outfitted wonderfully, and the special touches of the hosts were so thoughtful. We arrived to some food supplies in the fridge which was such a nice touch and were appreciated! The bread, eggs, butter, and jelly allowed us to make a great breakfast without having to go shopping. What a gift! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for making our time in Turangi so comfortable!

Delightful, immaculately clean with thoughtful amenities. We enjoyed sitting in the deck. There is a small fridge and microwave, toaster, kettle, and dishes, glassware, cutlery etc. and no other cooking facilities but we did not need them. Milk, coffee, snacks provided. Very nice bedding, and bathroom was clean and modern with toiletries provided. Washer and dryer in garage.
