Every room was spacious, had its own A/C, and their own BATHROOMS with showers! Their was a couple on site that handled any questions or concerns we had as they developed. We didn't have to wait for help with anything. It is very private. The pool is beautiful and so is the small grounds. There is so much room in the house: TV area, pool table area, deck off the front of the villa and a covered area by the pool.

Probably the one of the best value-for-money listing here in Booking.com. Ray's place is conveniently located just beside Ayala Malls Serin and is easily accessible. The location is easy to find via Gmaps or Waze. The neighborhood where Ray's place is located is quiet, secure and away from noise or pollution. The house itself is pristine and new. It comes with complete with amenities - kitchen utensils & dining equipment, Videoke, speakers, smart TVs, & fast internet, very ideal for those WFH. There is also a lot of board games, books that will will surely keep everyone entertained. The bedrooms are pristine with new and quiet Airconditions. The restrooms are very clean and functioning properly with heater. Ray also provided towels and bed linens too. The Property Manager Nora is very accommodating. She provided us with toiletries, coffee and even drinking water for our convenience. There is a dedicated parking space inside which can fit 2 cars. It is also sa to park outside the gate. This place is very ideal for wedding preparation due to its proximity to churches and wedding receptions. Overall, the place is highly recommended for those looking for a private place where you can bond and enjoy with family and friends. We really had fun-filled activity during our stay. We just wished we had stayed longer. 😀

The whole house was beautiful and very clean. Beds and sheets were very clean. Utensils and cooking ware re available. They provide this big canister of clean drinking water. Area felt safe. Neighborhood was quiet. Assistant available to answer questions. We left very well.
