Amazing location, good neighbors and a wonderful backyard! The host quickly helped us set up the BBQ grill, even delivered a new gas tank. Walmart is pretty close, major attractions like the Breaking Bad locations, Sandia Peak Tram, are close enough. There is enough space even for two cars (one in the garage and one outside). And there is also a cool trampoline in the backyard! :))

The pictures of the property are amazing, but it's even better when you're there in person. It's hard to even describe how peaceful it felt being at this house. The way they decorated it is so pretty and super comfortable, but the views and surroundings are honestly mind blowing. Our whole group didn't want to leave and we're already planning a return trip when we can stay for at least a week. The host Rebekah was incredibly nice and helpful with a number of details that made our entry even smoother. I particularly loved how open and comfortable the kitchen and dining area was and the upstairs master bathroom was what dreams are made of. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Our hosts' communications were helpful, responsive and kind. The place was so welcoming, tidy and decorated with fun themes. The furniture was comfy and stylish. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals plus snacks! It was really quiet at night for sleeping. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The hot tub was great! We liked that the windows open for fresh air. The blackout curtains worked well. We enjoyed the huge TV in the living room. We were pleasantly surprised that we were right on the canal with trees, ducks and geese. We biked some nature trails heading North then South. We liked the quiet dead end street and felt further protected from traffic, by the road construction. We walked about a block to the steakhouse. Food was great! The backyard was spacious and relaxing. The location was convenient for visiting friends and family. We enjoyed sitting on the private front patio. We will save this location for future reference.
