The property was very clean and messages to the owner were answered promptly and professional. The only not really a problem was that on the booking app it mentioned no additional pet fee but the manual in the home said there is an additional $50 pet fee. Adan was very helpful in this matter and it was resolved.

The location was perfect, it was only 6 minutes from the Moody Center so the Lyfts we took were about $12 each way for an xl ride. There was a coffee shop right next door and a few restaurants on the same block. The views were so pretty and had so much space for lounging outside. We didn’t cook while there but they had everything needed to cook. There were a lot of couches and chairs for lounging, the beds were comfy. There was a lot of linens and towels if needed, and a cot! We loved our modern the space was and how big it was. Absolutely recommend this place.

We loved the location—perfect for attending the TX Book Festival, with an easy drive to the Capitol grounds. The hosts were fantastic with communication, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The space had plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy each other's company. The local Austin treats were enjoyed by all.

The owner's description was great and matched what we experienced. My family had a great stay and was very comfortable in the house. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, which was great for those trying to be close to the University and needing easy access to the major routes through the city. I would recommend it for families that need multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. We also appreciated the owner's messaging making sure we had everything we needed. We didn't take our dogs but we very much appreciated the option to bring them.
