The property was a great size for my husband and me. Just far enough from anchorage we didn’t feel too stuck in the city but close enough to convenient areas. Great starting place if you plan to do things in Whittier/girdwood like we did.

Enough bedrooms for our family to spread out. Great location. Had amenities in the kitchen so that we didn’t need to buy every little thing. Hot tub was wonderful and clean!

Chalet was exactly what we were needed. Close to everything we were needing, it was very well equipped, superbe kitchen, very confortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (that was a nice surprise after few weeks of sharing small hotel rooms and bathroom). If I ever go back to Alaska, I will certainly make sure I can rent this chalet again, it was worth it!

My son and I had a wonderful time at the chalet. Close to Alyeska and everything else in Girdwood. The place was so charming and had wonderful views out of those big windows in the main room. Kitchen was fully equipped with all that you need. Jacuzzi was nice and hot and we used that every day after skiing. We would definitely stay here again and are already thinking about our next visit to Alyeska next year. Vacasa was also super helpful and responsive when I had some questions. 5-star stay. Thank you!

Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Lots of room for everyone to sleep. Use of the washer and dryer on premise also very nice to have. Good view and good windows to open for fresh cool air. Kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked.
