Tropical Cottages was a really nice place for a stay in Marathon on our way to Key West. Free parking and complimentary coffee for breakfast was great. Room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our short stay in there. Thank you.

The house is very spacious, extremely well and nicely equipped. There is street entrance and yard/terrace entrance so it is very convenient if you want to enjoy the yard and entrance to waters surrounding the Duck Key. There is plenty of equipment for every activity, beach cooler, kayaks, small coolers, foldable seats, blankets, umbrellas etc. Kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare any meal. I particularly liked the coffee stand and welcome basket.

The home was very neat & clean and was in a great location. Publix is right up the road and if you have a boat the Atlantic side is a short 8 minute idle out of the canal! The fish cleaning station was amazing and convenient when we ran back home after a day offshore. The entire house was very neat & clean when we arrived, the mattresses in the bed room were so comfortable. The screen enclosure on the patio made a world of a difference for us, each morning we had breakfast overlooking the canal with our boat right in the water. The neighbors are great and welcoming and the beach is a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. We definitely found our spot to book our yearly trip to the keys!

We loved our stay at Lime in the Coconut, this home was very clean, it has everything you need, and you have a boat it’s perfect, it has the canal and goes straight into open ocean. It’s close to grocery stores, 7 minutes to Sombrero Beach and more attractions. We love our vacation time there, we will definitely be back.

Centrally located was very handy. We enjoyed the hot tub/ pool. Comfortable bed, well equipped for cooking, there was a an air fryer, my favorite. Nice living area with big screen tv. A wonderful washer and dryer. Very high tech. We really felt right at home.
