The host or owner of the house was extremely nice and helpful..it was my birthday the day I checked out and they brought me a fruit platter and a huge tray of gourmet cupcakes for the whole family..I would absolutely recommend this to anyone and I will definitely be back the next time I book a cruise..thanks

I cannot say enough positive things about this property or its host. The house was clean and very comfortable. The host, Dawn, was amazing with accommodating our last minute changing travel plans and let us come stay earlier than we expected. She was also very responsive and understanding with our needs and went above and beyond for us, on top of keeping a wonderful home for us to stay during our time in Cocoa!

Very quiet and clean. Very close to the lagoon and just across the street from the beach. Traffic was minimal in the area with a 35 mph speed limit. The master bed was the most comfortable we'd had on our long road trip. The sheets and comforter were also very nice. Tv in bedroom and living room. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Keurig had pods and the table was set with large wine glasses. I spent most of my time on the back porch. It was well furnished and shaded.

This house was top notch all the way. Big fluffy bath towels and mats, very clean floors & kitchen & bath. TP and paper towels were full, quality soap, shampoo, etc., supplied. Laundry deterg. supplied, washer and dryer worked perfectly. Dishwasher and deterg. supplied, worked perfectly. Pots, pans, and cooking supplies were quality. Stove and oven worked fine. Hot water for all 7 of us. Home was as beautiful as pictured, pool was clean and ready to jump in, screened in pool lanai. Lots of seating, comfy bedding. Treasure hunt on phone app was so much fun for my 42 yr old daughter and her sons, 6, 10, 12. Beach supplies in storage shed. Host responded within an hour or less when texted. Kayaks (supplied) on the canal was fun, we fished and saw manatees, dolphins, and a gator! Maintenance people were polite, as were neighbors. We had a blast! Luggage racks and closet space in the bedrooms, with hangers. We saw a satellite launch from NASA from the front driveway.
