Nice place, especially roof level with tiny cosy cabins! You shouldn't think about food bc it has huge variaty of fast food on the 1st floor.
Tasty breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, cozy and comfortable rooms. We really enjoyed the Cape Heritage Hotel and will stay there again if we visit Cape Town (and we hopefully will!). Thank you!

Great Guest Lodge in an old charming house with a nice and comfortable room and friendly and very helpful hosts. Superb breakfast. John even fixed the plate of our car. The location in Newlands is very good to visit the Kirstenbosch botanical garden, the Table mountain (hiking trail starts in Kirstenbosch garden), Cape of Good Hope, Wine estate Groot,Constantia,.. Walking distance to restaurants, especially the pub and restaurant Forresters Arms. We look forward to returning in the future.
beds are very comfortable and the pillows perfect. rooms are clean and bathroom to. its quite cosy in lounge with the fireplace.
