The guesthouse offers perfect accommodation for a solo traveller (or a couple). It has a nice style, has all necessary basic amenities, and is located in a very quiet and safe part of the city (but still close to the city center and university). My room/part of the house was slightly separated, so that I did not even cross paths with other guests. The hosts were very responsive and overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

The location was very convenient for the shopping we needed to do. The security of the area was fine, and the driveway was ample space for our large van (we had the option of using the garage but feared it would be too tight. The live-on-site caretaker greeted us at the door with the keys, gave us a brief tour, and let us know we could contact him whenever needed.
