We had a lovely stay at one of the little cottages on the site. The people welcomed us with open arms, the facilities were very clean and well maintained. A lovely big yard which our toddler especially enjoyed playing with the balls! Great views, great food, 100% recommend.

We hiked one day 17.5 kms and came home happy from this fantastic nature. We had a very good sleep in this guesthouse, it felt like you visit your family. We regret that we booked just two nights, we would definitely stay a couple of days longer. Thank you!

The property is non-smoking and is located 10 km from Theth National Park. The location is a gem, it's truly a lovely experience staying in the cozy house surrounded by the mountains. It's such a quiet area! I loved sitting outside in the swinging chair, just reading a good book. The owners are a very friendly couple and we had some nice chats about the development of the region. The apartment itself is, of course, tiny, but offers everything you need (plus cozy lighting!) It got mosquito nets (more for flies than mosquitos), a good AC, overall modern equipment and a spacious bathroom with a well working shower. Also, there was a little Minibar where one could buy drinks or store own drinks in to keep them cool.

This villa features 4 bedrooms, a kitchen with an oven and a fridge, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 1 bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower. Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the patio, which also has outdoor furniture. The accommodation offers a fireplace. Everything! Especially the location 5 minutes to Theth center, the nice house, the peaceful atmosphere and the very responsive host (Alex) upon arrival!

Great breakfast each morning (Albanian pancakes, sausage/hot dog, lots of fruit options), as well as dinner here on site. It was really good food so we just chose to eat here multiple times vs. other places. The location is extremely central. We stayed in the XL villa and it was absolutely perfect for our family of five (3 large bedrooms, all with facilities (air conditioning, hot water, etc.) that worked well.

They also gave great recommendations for places to visit, which made exploring Theth even more special. It's definitely a place worth staying at — peaceful, authentic, and full of local charm.

The food, view, staff, vibes are wonderful there, and you can also take a short walk at night to see the stars full of sky. The host is friendly and helpful, she recommended us some attractions to visit.

The units at the villa complex feature air conditioning and a desk. This was a get experience, we spent 4 nights with our adult son and his fiancee. We all really appreciate these lovely cabins, great AC, plenty of hot water for the shower. The breakfast was huge we could never finish it all local produce. We would recommend a stay here.
