With cows in it. Small cows, not many, maybe 5. Then the owner pulled up a chair on the porch and we had a nice visit. I'm glad I asked him who Walter was. I won't spoil it for you here. We did not leave even once after we got there. The view was beautiful beyond description - the Hutte was spotless, cozy, rustic but nicely appointed (other than no cork screw!!). Lots of fuzzy warm blankets, a nice little fire pit outside, cow bells clanging softly in the background, a ski run just above us, completely private - so green and wonderful!! (Tip: If you have a car, pack only what clothes you really need for those days. Bring mostly groceries, coffee and wine. Also - the road up the property is a bit of a nail biter, but it is nicely paved, safe and beautiful!! There is a bit of a hike from the parking area to the Hutte, so wear smart shoes like I didn't.)
