The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. Communication was smooth and easy through Viber, and they were always available if we needed anything. The house is very easy to reach, located right off a well-maintained asphalt road. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay – we truly felt at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for peace, comfort, and nature!

The location is superb! It’s a complex with lots of cabins, green grass everywhere, quietly peaceful, away from the heat, we enjoyed the cold air. There is plenty of space to walk the dog. They gave us some bowls and a nice mat for the dog. Every cabin has it’s own bbq. The forest has a lot of dry wood to start the fire. Our cabin had a sauna which was a nice addition, especially because it got very cold in the night, so we could warm up before bed.

One of the most beautiful, cozy and welcoming places we’ve stayed at. The room was impeccable, equipped with a jacuzzi and sauna, extremely clean and comfortable. Attention to detail was given to everything in the property from the furnishing (in traditional Bulgarian style) to the landscaping. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. We had dinner and breakfast at the onsite restaurant - everything was very delicious. Thank you!

Very cozy clean room, with amazing big bed, electric fireplace, nice table and chairs. Very clean and warm. Nice jacuzzi. On the weekend it's possible to park the car next to the house for free (during the working days 8-18.00 it's paid).

Having a sauna in our lodge was lovely and easy to use and quick to heat up, lovely surroundings and easy to get to the main town with a car.

The room size and materials used inside are lovely. We stayed in a house and the smell of wood was something special. The bathroom was very spacious as well, only missing was a intimate shower (for us is important). Being in a house, you have a free option of concierge (driver) all the time. The SPA & Wellness centre is great, 4 saunas, steam room, hot tubes outside and a cold tube. Massages are plentiful and well performed.

The property is very modern, clean and well kept, comfy beds and a great location, 2 mins walk from the gondola. The pool area is lovely, with a hot tub and steam room/ sauna. We had low expectations of the breakfast included, but there was a good selection provided, even for fussy eaters! Rooms are really big (especially for a ski resort) with lots of storage space.

It was spot clean. There was a finish sauna, which was amazing. The rooms are spacious and cosy. The fireplace was just wow and the barbecue… the kitchen simply had everything that you can think of. Amazing place and host!
