He made our experience extra good. Since day one He welcomed us, He tried to do everything to make our stay comfortable. He explained everything to us and showed us the good restaurants in the area and made his car available if needed. He sent messages on WhatsApp to ask if we were missing anything, needing anything. Thank you for that Mr. Mohamed. The villa was very clean, modernly equipped and beautifully decorated. The pool and garden were beautiful and once a week a gardener came to tidy up the garden, He was very nice and sweet. The pictures of the villa do not describe the reality at all, the villa in reality looks much nicer and nicer. You can buy everything from the talabat application which carries everything from restaurants to the supermarket to your door. There is a large grill in the garden that you can use. The pool is clean. Newly wrapped towels in each bedroom are ready for you upon arrival, as well as some bottled water. The area is peaceful and quiet. All in all the best experience and highly recommended.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The children enjoyed the activities that were available. The villa looks exceptionally beautiful at night, we enjoyed swimming in the heat. We would definitely recommend Villa Encanto to our friends and family.
