We stayed at this villa as an extended family (three generations with a teenager) and had a great experience. The villa was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed, including a kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, and toaster, plus a washing machine. The terrace with a heated pool was very comfortable, and the rooftop terrace was perfect for the evening sun. Our villa was in the last row, offering a great view of the hills. The location suited us well - on the edge of the tourist area, 15 minutes’ walk to the nearest beach, still near Playa Blanca (town), and right next to the entrance of Ajaches Natural Park, with Playa de Papagayo just 4 km away, making it a great area for running. A car was useful, as it is anywhere in Lanzarote, but parking was easy. Communication with the managers was smooth, and everything was well-organized. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Has everything you need. Absolutely loved it. Approx 7 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. Just a minutes walk away you have amazing views of the sun set. Any queries or questions were answered promptly and efficiently by the staff and they also assisted in arranging our taxi to the airport. Truly amazing staff.

The kitchen was well equipped, good knives, microwave and washing machine. The thoughtfulness of leaving a welcome pack as we arrived at 8pm. The location was ideal, so close to shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. We have booked to come back next year.

The property is non-smoking and is set 1.2 km from Puerto del Carmen Beach. Everything was great from start to finish! Maria greeted us on arrival and showed us around. We stayed here for a week and we couldn’t fault anything, private pool was fantastic (we had it heated at it was lovely). We saw Maria a day before we were leaving and she asked when our flight was (evening time). She managed to sort us out staying until we needed to leave for the airport and we were most grateful. It had everything you need! This was our second encounter with Maria and she is fab!
