Located in Lugo, in a historic building, 9 km from Congress and Exhibiton Center, O Forno de Catuxa Cottage & Roman Wall is a recently renovated country house with a garden and shared lounge. Location: Off-road but definitely worth to divert from a motorway. Calm, safe and nice rural location. We would like to stay more. Hotel: A carefully renovated old building. Interior designed with attention to details and to highlight remains of the old building. The price was higher than places around but it was definitely woth its price. Room: Our room was located upstairs (narrow stairs). It was narrow but long, the arrangement gave a comfortable place with sitting area (in an old school desk) and comfortable place for bags. electric sockets: many and easily accessible, including sockets near the bed; lighting: good. Stairs/elevator: there are rooms at the ground level and upstairs (no elevator, but you cannot expect this in an old farm house). Bed: large and comfortable. Bathroom: average in size, enough place for your toiletries, regular electric socket and heating. Large shower. Generally comfortable. Breakfast: Excellent. Wide selection of food for each taste, homemade cake, orange juice, good bread. We would like to taste more but would need additional stomache. WiFi: good. Staff: Nice and helpful. Parking: free, on site.

The cozy, tastefully renovated little cottage (with fully equipped kitchen) is surrounded by nature, along the camino de Santiago. Convenient hub to visit the area. A rich breakfast is included and at the little shop on the premises you can buy something to drink, local handicraft or have a chat with the pilgrims passing by. Helena and Mariana are the best hosts, available for any request or simply a chat. We really felt at home. Slow tourism at its best! Gracias!

Featuring quiet street views, Fogar de Aurora provides accommodation with a garden and a patio, around 37 km from Congress and Exhibiton Center. An amazing house - large and spacious with plenty of room for groups to stay. The house had washing facilities and an outdoor area which was lovely to sit and enjoy. The host left lots of lovely breakfast goodies too! The house is located just 300 metres into the main area of Portomarin - easy to walk and very quiet at night which meant a great night's sleep.

Offering a shared lounge and garden view, Caraxolas is situated in Lugo, 13 km from Lugo Cathedral and 13 km from Roman Walls of Lugo. In a quiet peaceful location at the end of a village. Good parking arrangements. Well equipped room and bathroom. Lovely breakfasts with a wide variety of fresh fruit.

Set in Fonsagrada in the Galicia region, Olladas de Barbeitos features a balcony. The accommodation is air conditioned and comes with a spa bath. Beautiful location and an amazing room.
