Very nice and clean place. Could have stayed there for longer period easily. We walked to the centrum, and if Talvijärvi is frozen that would be even easier. Highly recommended place.

Situated less than 1 km from Ruka Ski Centre, these cottages are just 100 metres from Lake Talvijärvi. Each provides a fully-equipped kitchen, a private sauna and a wood-burning fireplace. Amenities! Sauna, heated closed to warm up boots gloves etc. Heated floor, firewoord and fireplace, dishwasher and more. We stayed with 2 people very comfortably.

Not too far from Ruka Valley and Village. We had a car so could easily get around. The cabin is in a Christmas card setting along with other same style cabins so you don’t feel too remote. Perfect for 5 guests but anymore may be too cramped. Beds were comfy. Fully equipped kitchen. Sara, the host, so helpful and really quick to respond to any questions. The sauna was a great addition. Wood is provided for the fire

A very charming little house nearby the Ruka ski resort. Surprisingly it was very warm in the house and very cosy. We really liked the dishes with the raindeers and there were plenty to do in the house as well. Very lovely!

It looks magical in winter and would be just as amazing in summer. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

The stay was excellent and had everything we needed. The location is perfect—close to the mountain and the village—yet very quiet and peaceful. Everything in the house was working perfectly and easy to understand and use. The sauna was a great addition for relaxing in the evenings after skiing. We also really appreciated the wardrobe that dried ski boots and equipment—such a thoughtful touch. Overall, an amazing place and a very comfortable stay. We would definitely come back!
