The apartment has an ideal location, very close to the beach (almost on the beach) with 2 mins walking to many beach bars and restaurants and very walkable to the busy area of the city around the port and marina. The apartment itself as the pictures advertised, really clean and quiet which allows for a good night sleep. Yiannis and his wife made sure that my stay was the most comfortable, very attentive and always available if I have questions. Definitely when book it again

Great luxury villas. All staff are brilliant and couldn't do enough!! From booking with Katerina to our stay. The meals were great and prices were same as in town but delivered to your villa by Nic and the team!! The surroundings and views are brilliant. Only a shirt 5 min drive to Kos town or a taxi for around €8. Pools are not heated only by the sun so as we were there in October it was too cold to use them but there was a rare cold wind while we were on the island which added to the temperature. There is a great gym and free airport transfer for guests. All in all a great stay and will return.

Gorgeous new build among ruins and nature with a fabulous view to the sea. Comfortable bed (finally), good WiFi, Netflix option on TV, spacious, hosts amenable to change to ground floor (to save our knees). Access road well sign marked. Quiet.

Ta Spitakia nabízí zahradu, terasu a ubytování s klimatizací, patiem a bezplatným Wi-Fi. Asklépion se nachází 3,5 km odtud. Na místě je k dispozici soukromé parkoviště. Moc pěkné ubytování v krásné udržované zahradě, úklid vilky probíhal každý den co se nám moc líbilo , majitel byl moc pozorný a ochotný, moc pohodlné postele krásně jsme se všichni vyspali, moderně zařízeno všude čisto všechno fungovalo, určitě se do takového ubytování rádi vrátíme. Je to na klidném místě bez ruchu .

Nympheas Luxury Villas se nachází v destinaci Mastichari a poskytuje venkovní bazén, zahradu, terasu a ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a výhledem na moře. Na místě je k dispozici doprava zdarma. We’ve had such a lovely holiday, the host Angelo was fantastic from the start, he met us at the villa and gave us lots of information about things to do in the area, he even put together a little guide for us, which was really helpful, he was always on hand with anything we needed, and bought round a gift bag of local produce (cheese, wine, honey etc) which was a lovely touch. The villa itself is brand new, so everything is pristine, there is everything you could possibly need and more, the beds are super comfortable and there is balcony on the first floor, and 2 sun terraces with beautiful views. My favourite thing about the place was the pool, the pictures do not do it justice, it is a really good size and just perfect. Lastly Mastihari is a really lovely little place, we found it not too busy which was a lovely surprise. The villa is 2 minutes away from the beach, where there is plentiful reasonably priced sun beds, some really lovely restaurants, bars and little shops. We hired a car for a few days and visited Kos Town, and some more beautiful beaches on the other side of the island, nothing is very far away as the Island is quite small. The sunset in Zia is also definitely worth a visit. We were all very sad to leave and would return in a heartbeat 🩷

Anthos Residence 2 se nachází v destinaci Kefalos a nabízí ubytování s bezplatným Wi-Fi a TV s plochou obrazovkou. Větrný mlýn Antimachia se nachází 17 km odtud a Hrad Antimáchia 21 km. Apartmán byl pěkný, dobře vybavený, v klidné lokalitě a přitom par minut od pláže, taveren, obchodů i města. Milí a přátelský pan majitel. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni, určitě doporučujeme!
